Heard is a bilateral, asynchronous, AI-translated communication scaffold for two people stuck in a hard conversation. Heard Pro puts the same tool under your clinical license so your clients can use it as part of treatment, between your sessions.

Privacy posture
- ·Strict bilateral isolation.Neither party to a conversation ever sees the other party's raw input. Only the translated, calmed letter.
- ·HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with BAA. Heard Pro is hosted on a HIPAA-eligible stack. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every licensed provider.
- ·No model training on client data. Anthropic Enterprise tier with explicit no-training contract.
- ·Per-session deletion and account deletion. Clients can purge any session, any relationship, or the entire account at any time, with full cascade.
Where it earns its place
You know the couple who spend the first twenty minutes of every session relitigating the same fight, too activated to hear each other, and the hour ends before the real work starts.
