Privacy posture
- ·Strict bilateral isolation.Neither party to a conversation ever sees the other party's raw input. Only the translated, calmed letter.
- ·HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with BAA. Heard Pro is hosted on a HIPAA-eligible stack. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every licensed provider.
- ·No model training on client data. Anthropic Enterprise tier with explicit no-training contract.
- ·Per-session deletion and account deletion. Clients can purge any session, any relationship, or the entire account at any time, with full cascade.
Pricing
$149 / clinician / month. Includes unlimited client invitations under your license, the BAA, and access to the aggregated cross-client pattern view (with each client's explicit consent).
